Hi Mike,

If the files are executables, the attached icon file must contain both 32x32 and 16x16 icons. There's an article in the UT Knowledge Base (under Project Manager) that gives step-by-step instructions on how to do this using the Image Editor that comes with VFP.

If the files are .app files, the icon reference is stored in the registry.
