Ah, yeah, the old word justice again. IMO, the american system is anything but justice. It is more based on 'Revenge' rather than 'Justice'.

Justice is where every detail about a crime is deepened out and determined beyond any doubt that the crime was made by the one on trial.

Too many times (even in our system), the word justice is used to do anything to let someone punnish for the crime commited, even though the one on trail is innocent. We all know cases where 'justice' was done on the wrong persons, even resulting in the death penalty.

Saddam certainly was guilty, but this trail was done to let him hang from the start rather than anything else. It was revenge rather than justice. It was a missed opportunity to deepen out the other crimes he made. The whole trail smells very bad.


BTW.. I still did not get any answer from you in regards of handling .NULL. Values in SPs ..
