Hi Evan
Since your post on this documentary I have watched out for this DVD in the stores. I saw it tonight and, coincidentally, just after finishing Chalmers Johnson's The Sorrows of Empire (he is interviewed in the movie). Well that is an incredibly sad tale and I think every gung-ho, pro-war, pro-military person needs to see that documentary, read the book, and be brave enough to think about what Eisenhower warned about. Thanks for posting about it.
>I highly recommend this DVD "Why We Fight".

>Eisenhower warns of the "Miliary Industrial Complex" actually "Military Industry Congressional Complex". This is pretty radical for a republican we believed in building roads and funding healthcare, as it served the needs of defence.
In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends - Martin Luther King, Jr.
