Thanks for your response. Just wondering, what would you do if you would be on my place? I suggested to have some sort of a meeting between developers and if we can agree on something and share some common code across multiple projects. I started to put some classes and progs into Common directory... But on the other hand this activity distracts me a bit from actually designing the application. I have it in my mind, but didn't pass the database stage yet :( The other problem is that we don't have VPN set up, so I can not work from home as I used to do with my prior job. I used to work at night, especially if there was an interesting task to finish...
