In my former company we had developers' meetings every Monday, which was very benefitial for all of us. Also all developers were sitting very close to each other, so each of us may ask for some help from the colleagues when needed.

In my new place we don't have meetings, also every person has his/her own office, so the communications are limited. I haven't yet fully adapted to the concept of working entirelly on my own...
