I'll throw into the mix CSLA, a free framework that is feature rich. Here is a listing to two videos on the beast from the author.
I just got into a shop that has been using it for a few months. They have created the code generators that will crank out an entire app, from GUI to DB and EVERYTHING in between. I can tell you that a typical bizobj for a 20 column table will be around 2000 lines of code. That is all the get/sets and well as messages and validation that your define.
