I would hope the intruder would just leave. If not, I would try really hard not to get into a physical confrontation. You never know what he has.

I do have a hand gun permit for TX but not CA... I don't CA issue hand gun permit.

Alan, I'm just talking about someone who commits crimes that are so horrible that there is no hope for them and would do it again if let out.
