following ur line of thinking then if a innocent person was convicted to the death penalty and only after the penalty was carry out proves where discover that that person was innocent then everyone involve and everyone that convicted that person to death including jury and judge should then be sentence to death also?
I would say in you perspective then yes, since they killed a innocent person.
