Who cares if they botched it and had to do it 2 or three times? Who cares if it was painful? The pain they inflicted on their victims and the victim's families is way beyond that. Kill em with a rusty butcher knife or, better yet, put them in a room with the family armed with baseball bats. I think you'd change your tune if this hit closer to home.
