Then this is not a permissions problem. O BTW I saw that you use
P:_asdasd.txt as path, but that means the file MUST be in current P: folder and this must be different (if you change it somewhere in your code between creation of the file and APPEND FROM) what happens if you change the code to use root in P: drive:
P:\_asdasd.txt?
