Again mark as someone said it was bad luck, if he got convicted to death was cause he diserverd perhpas not that time but from another time.
of course if they where rich persons that had money to pay a top attorney perhaps the setence would be diferent but most of the cases are poor people that had an public defender that had more important things to do then worry with the guy jugment.

>most people probably believe that there are crimies that deserve the death penalty, i'm one, but i do not believe in it because mistakes are all to common. its not just that some people should have gotten 20 years instead on the injection or chair, but because the were 100% innocent. how do you repair a mistake like that?

>>Who cares if they botched it and had to do it 2 or three times? Who cares if it was painful? The pain they inflicted on their victims and the victim's families is way beyond that. Kill em with a rusty butcher knife or, better yet, put them in a room with the family armed with baseball bats. I think you'd change your tune if this hit closer to home.

>>>That makes 3 states to declare a moratorium on capital punishment. Plus I don't think they're doing any in FL right now because of how they botched the last one so bad, and I believe CA has stopped for the moment too.
