I found the best way is to set up a generic printer in Win 95. I have an OKI 393. I added a new printer and called it OKI393 Plain. I then used the standard Win 95 driver called Generic. This is in the list of printers when you run Add Printer. This driver does nothing but send the text to the printer. It works great if you want to use a dot matrix printer to print your code listings in VFP. Just plain print. Be sure your printer defaults (on the printer itself) are set to high speed draft. If the printer is set to letter quality that is what you will get because this driver won't change or setup anything.
