I have to design a report using a query that has to count the number of record for a certain utility with multiple values for fields A and B and create a cursor for a report to show the number of records per A per B and show the totals on the last line(the easiest part). I've tried the query wizard and different SQL statements but just can't seem to get the right formula. Example;

field B 1 2 3 4 5
field A
A Count(A1) -------------------------->
B Count(B1) -------------------------->
C Count(C1) -------------------------->
D Count(D1) -------------------------->
E Count(E1) -------------------------->

totals i ii iii iv v

I hope someone can guide me in the right direction.
