The hit sends a request to the server which returns a frameset. Then, each link in it is executed by the browser. I cannot see at this point what could cause this. There hasn't been any change in the code of the forum since a long time. I am concentrating on the move to .NET, which has been completed this week for the Universal Thread Magazine and the Level Extreme .NET Magazine. But, I didn't touch anything so far to the forum engine as I keep that one for the last item to migrate as this is the biggest modules and I need to prepare a lot of things before reaching that level. When that happens, to recover the previous messages, you may use the timewarp. If that happens on a regular basis, then I would try to isolate the problem as to know what is causing this. Change to Internet Explorer, for the use of the Universal Thread, for a while might tell us if that is happening on that browser as well or not. I would also be interested to know if that happens only at the office or at home as well.
