In this I agree 100%. If a home has guns AND children (a no no to begin with and I am strongly FOR the right to bear armss) and the GUNS are not secured so that the children CANNOT access them, it should be CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE. What do you do? Public service? Parenting Classes? Take the children away? Rich celebrities only adopt foreign born babies so these kids would be in the public system until they turn 18...

So everyone in the South turn in your weapons and from now on we all hunt deer with tazers! :o)
