Since I sent this, I actually did re-create the view. Oddly, I couldn't open the view by issuing the command "Use ARDist!rvARDist", but I was able to open the project and modify it. From there I able to view the underlying SQL query. I copied that query and then deleted the remote view. Then I re-created the view, based on the query I had copied to a text file. Then I re-built the app, and everything worked.

However, I was unaware of the tools you mentioned. They appear to be quite interesting and I'm anxous to look them over. Thanks again for your help, I'm sure that it will prove quite worthwhile in the furture.
