I use this for printing ID Cards.

I create a picture control on report and set it's control source to a report variable like Front or Side. I then create the report variable and set it to something like ".\Data\Control\Images\Front\"+PhotoName. PhotoName can be either another report variable that you set to some value created from the current record or it can be a field in the current record that has the name of the file in it.
