Well, I've got a sony widescreen which allows you to view teletext and a small image (25%) of the program at the same time. So often my children are watching their favourate program (They watch TV with their nose onto the screen anyways) while I'm browsing teletext.

It indeed caches all pages, indeed broadcasted in unused bandwidth.
