Check out your phone directory. I remember actually doing a u/t for a co. I used to work for, in assembler, to go with the cobol system, cos all the surnames were boring capitals. After much searching I decided it just can't be done. Also O'donald vs O'Donald, d'Arcy and d'Artagnon (can't be predicted).
