The placement of the dll is established by installshield as the default location. This file is installed as a C runtime merge module. I have not specified where to put it. In fact, there is no way to specify a location (other than to distribute it as an external file). There are about 2 dozen copies of this file on my development PC most of which are in application specific folders.
