Uhmmm...

I have been using MM.net for quite a while in learning mode, although I haven't yet gone into production with it. (I keep getting sidetracked by VFP work. ;-). I just started evaluating StrataFrame because I read such good stuff about it and the Flash demos on their site look good. It seems to me if you can call StrataFrame a vb clone of mm.net then you could call mm.net a C# clone of CodeBook 3.0. They both seem inspired by some of the same sources, but clone seems a bit strong.
