I prefer not to use a 3P tools, at least at this stage.
Please pardon my bluntness - but that is the silliest thing I have ever heard. INTL has been around for year - it is thoroughly tested and debugged. I can also tell you from personal experience with the product that it is very easy to implement and there is no learning curve involved.
I don't know about you, but I bill my time at $100 per hour and INTL is around $600. There is no way that I could produce a solution that compares to it in 6 hours so it is definitely better for my client if I purchase INTL ( although it would be better for me if I created my own solution because I bill by the hour < s> )
