Google is your friend. =0) I googled the error message (Failed to access IIS metabase) and came up with the (possible) solution right away. Check out http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=116989&SiteID=1 on the MSDN forums. I think you need to register to use those forums if you are not already a member. The last post (dated 12/6/2005) seems to have an answer that worked.
