It's either that or it's our insatiable appetite for beef.
Just google "Cattle and global warming" and see how many "scientific" articles are written about it.

I was watching Animal Planet and they say that just in N.America cattles release 50 millions tons of methane into the air each year. In Brazil, cattle gas contribute 30% of the nations methane each year.

Some articles go further to say that cattles contribute more to global warming then cars. The article must have been written by somebody in PeTA or Chick-Fil-A. :)

>>I know there's at least one person out here who doesn't think that global warming is happening (or being caused by humans) cause he/she had a post saying so before.
>>I'm still confused as to how anyone can think there is no such thing, but anyway it's been known for a while that politics are driving the science instead of the science driving the politics. Kinda a dangerous thing if you ask me....

The American Republic will endure, until politicians realize they can bribe the people with their own money.
- Alexis de Tocqueville

No man’s life, liberty, or property is safe while the legislature is in session.
– Mark Twain (1866)
