I am working on a system that imports data and reformats it for an upload to a mainframe system. There are some fields in which the data has been entered inconsistently so I need to determine if characters in a certain position are alpha or numeric. In FoxPro, I would look at the ascii values of those letters. How do I do something similar in C#?
