AGETFILEVERSION() return version of DLL
SQLGetInfo and SQL_ODBC_VER, SQL_DRIVER_ODBC_VER return of support' version ODBC standard
The path of DLL is in registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\[Name of ODBC driver]
Key Driver,
"Driver"="C:\\WINDOWS\\System32\\\\myodbc3.dll"
