Neglected to mention one other item. The crash seems to be occuring during the form load or init, before it does anything. There are other portions of the program that read and write to the database without a problem. The main difference I notice in portions that crash and those that don't crash is the usage of the COMDLG32.OCX control. I'll have to put together some test programs to run on the client's setup to see if it is indeed that control or not.
