No, I don't hide it until they have finished reviewing the document (at least in this one application.) When they click back in my form they can select a button to
which sets the visible property. If they have cancelled the Word instance I put up and error and tell them that since they killed Word they get to exit FoxPro and restart. It doesn't take them too long to understand they have to play nice.
