Thanks Michel. For some reason I never started the habit of looking there and only look at the main list of items, I guess because I always find other interesting things in the process. For some reason I couldn't find my original message in the other threads.

I had thought of "rolling my own", as you have with your code but I was hoping for something already in C# as Cetin suggested.
