Hi Tom,

SNIP
>If a person is wounded and receives medical treatment outside of Iraq (Germany is popular) and that person dies, they are not a causality of the War Against Terror.

That is not true. Look at the list and you will see many who were injured in Iraq but received medical treatment outside of Iraq (typically Germany) and they are indeed listed in the totals.

For example, look up Eric Wilkus and Jeremiah Johnson:

Casualty list:
http://www.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2003/iraq/forces/casualties/index.html

List of U.S. Fatalities who have died in hospitals in Germany and The United States:
http://www.icasualties.org/oif/Dow.aspx

By the way, I served during Desert Storm.
