The really big guys in Europe use SAP - followed by Oracle (MySQL and MS SQL are probably tied for third!). I've heard that someone over there is building an OS.
They put up with M$ in Europe - they're not Zealots on the seminar trail - and - they're too far from the Redmond Shrimp Buffets!
