what is the trick to change the icon for the executable, i use the attach icon in project info but for some reason not all icons attach.

about 50% icons attach to the exe but the other half dont.
i tried changing the icons to 16X16 but that does not seem to solve the problem.

what exactly is the criteria for the icon to be attached to the executble?
