I probably wouldn't know unless one of the kids told his/her parents what was going on. Isn't that how we usually find out these things?
How did they find out about the yoga in the 1st place. I bet a kid mentioned it to a parent.
Besides, I still contend that
this is the way the western world thinks when they use the word 'yoga'. Check it and tell me where it says 'yoga based exercises'. It just calls it 'yoga'.

As you and others in this thread thought of Yoga just as an excersise and did not mind it on the schools, once there they can (hey, and they SHOULD, after all they are calling it "Yoga" and not "Yoga based excersises" or whatever) teach Yoga as "a universal method of union with the Supreme".

>>Depends on the situation. Some school choirs do sing gospel music and I don't see a problem with it. It all comes down to the intent. If it is taught as a religious exercise (yoga too), then I have a problem with it. If it's just used strictly as a method to teach sight reading, chords and harmony etc in a music class, then, frankly, I think that's fine. Others might disagree, but that's what makes life interesting.
