That's so confused. You have to look for if it's legal in there and not legal in there.
If I'm wrong correct me I know some cities of USA there is death sentence and some cities isn't. That's strange. I remembered when I got visa for Taiwan they gave me a paper which writes "Narcotic crimes can reason death sentence in there". Your cities should give you papers at city entrances about if there is death sentence or there isn't... :))
