I really hate the flashing titles. If I have time and will I would give some attentions to programs I ran, but I hate when these applications reminds me that I didn't love them anymore :-)
Imagine you are in some heavy coding process and all other windows start flashing, GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
This is only my opinion of course.
