>>>No. I find it interesting because of the whole "starving artist who paints himself ill and just can't stop because his soul is tearing at him to get it out onto canvas" stuff I keep hearing about artists.

>I have to admit I get a bit miffed at some of the people who call themselves artists and give that whole song and dance about having to create because it's in their soul, and they just have to get their wonderous works out onto canvas before they can eat or sleep. Then I see samples of their work and can only call it, and I'm trying to be kind here, crap.

The last word is the clue to most of such personae, who "feel the deep need". You can imagine what the expression actually means in Serbian. There's a similar one, "duck, you're in deep need".

Not related to our starving artist, who has at least posted the milk of his muse online, and which is quite listenable. With my attention span, though, I'm not sure whether I heard it or not :).
