Sorry, what I read was an article not a original report.
Article is about report. I don't believe original coroner's
report is accesible to public. If it is then I wld really like to
see it.
Here is link on article that started this thread.

http://www.billingsgazette.net/articles/2007/01/12/news/state/25-yellowstone.txt>Could you post a link to the report, please? All I have been able to find is news articles about the report. Often news articles leave a lot out, so I would prefer to judge the original report.

>>I hv read report and it is exactly what Terry said - fishy. Very very hard to believe.
>>If I was his wife I wld find this report - extremely insulting.
>>On top of her own grief they call her late husband a muderer ???
>>I mean where is sanity in all that ?
>>Even if what they are saying is true, anyone with minimum of human decency wld classify/leave it as simply - tragic accident.
>>
>>I hope Terry is completely wrong, but in case he is right and she gets into a public row with Authorities and/or Insurance company and/or National Park itself , then those who knew him closely should stand by her and offer moral and if necessary legal and public support to get her husband's name cleared.
>>
>>Turning this thread into personal attacks/insults does not help anybody.
>>
>>I expect from this community to be above that,
>>STAND UP for the truth if has to be said, and STAND BY his wife if she needs
>>help. I think this community ows him that much.
