No. It is suppossed to be inside a full frame.
What this tells me is that the right-hand side is truncated and maybe you can't scroll sifeways? In my resolution I see it all w/o horizontal scrollbars. Arrgh!

Maybe I should size it smaller to fit in smaller resolutions. Thanks for the feedback. This is what I was looking for.
