Is there a way to see that report or not ?
The way articles were presented leaves quite a bit of space for suspicion

But for argument sake, let say report is plain mistake without any outside influence/conspiracy. Where does this leaves his family ?
Did anybody consider what kind of pain this kind of ruling will cause ?

What is point at all of re-investigating this tragic accident after a year or so has passed ? Since they (park investigators) went out of their way into prolonged investigation to establish these conclusions, then they should by all means come up publicly with very detailed logical explanation and hard evidence or not at all - since they are so hurtfull to the family.

What if they are (conspiracy free) - simply wrong?

Never meet mr Drew Speedie in person but I am kind of angered with
fact that his wife/family might be going trough lot of pain right now
and that this all might be over some half baked investigation results.
