Hi John, we can't ping pass the router. So what shall we do?

Thing here is this, last night we tried spoofing the mac address of the router by getting the access point's mac address. We did this through the basic settings set-up of the router. Then she was able to access the internet using the wireless connection of her laptop. Now, last night too, after getting it to work for a couple of hours, she can't access the internet again, but her wireless connection still can connect.

We can ping the router, 192.168.1.1 but we can't ping pass it.

Pls help.
