Are you talking about private hospitals? Or you say "our public hospitals have contractor doctors too"?

In Turkey a doctor can work for government and private hospitals same time. They're acting people as if they have two characters in Turkey. When a doctor at public hospital he/she like your master and you his/her slave, when after a few hours at private hospital (same doctor) he/she your slave and you his/her master... :(

Our government is planning employ them as contractor (probably like as you said) and got foreigner doctors to Turkey. Maybe that threat our doctors and than they can see us as human.
