Thks Tracy
I might hv reacted emotionally without giving it second tought.
You are right; it is very private/painfull matter so we hv no right or business to rise any further (re)actions and/or suspicions, unless his wife and family decides to, and reach for public support.

It is so sad all together :(

>A ruling divulged to the public is typically not the only information given to the family. It is likely, and in fact probable, that the family received detailed information as to how the ruling came about and what information led the park service to settle on that conclusion. We will not know if the family agrees or disagrees without having intimate knowledge. Nor should we. It is a very personal and private matter. That information would not, and should not, be made available to the public on a general basis. However, unless the records were sealed, they will be available under the freedom of information act (as so many have been).

>>Is there a way to see that report or not ?
>>The way articles were presented leaves quite a bit of space for suspicion
>>
>>But for argument sake, let say report is plain mistake without any outside influence/conspiracy. Where does this leaves his family ?
>>Did anybody consider what kind of pain this kind of ruling will cause ?
>>
>>What is point at all of re-investigating this tragic accident after a year or so has passed ? Since they (park investigators) went out of their way into prolonged investigation to establish these conclusions, then they should by all means come up publicly with very detailed logical explanation and hard evidence or not at all - since they are so hurtfull to the family.
>>
>>What if they are (conspiracy free) - simply wrong?
>>
>>Never meet mr Drew Speedie in person but I am kind of angered with
>>fact that his wife/family might be going trough lot of pain right now
>>and that this all might be over some half baked investigation results.
