I don't know if there is anything automated, but there is way to automate it.
You can use George Tasker obj2bmp tool to make bmp snapshots of yr forms
as they are. I was thinking of such solution where I wld add obj2bmp call to my (all)form's base class and as app is running (in test mode only) all bitmaps will be automatically created in some specific folder.
They can be edited later with snag-it editor or any other grapics tool.

Who knows I might just do something like that, because right now I am
in need of documentation myself :)
