I'm sorry to disappoint you :( I tried your code as is, no modifications. I picked up a file from my c drive c:\temp\_1z...9.bmp (auto generated name). In the preview I see a field with file name and when I printed I see at the bottom the date and Page 1. It also takes several seconds to print (my BMP file is huge).
I already manually created a report for this task.
I like Anatoliy's idea of using IE for printing images (and it works quicker), but I haven't figured out how can I turn off URL and Page printing and I do not want to use some extra third party tools for that. So I think I can live with this small delay and use my own report rather than making reports on the fly.
