Yes it was Johnny Carson, with either himself or a lookie-likie playing Johnny. The way it came across on the film was deadly serious. In either case it was as funny as a dead antelope in a desert watering hole (as indeed ALL the guy's material seemd to be). Like I said, little is known of him over here and thank God we were spared him!

Now can you do something about Jim Carey?
