All these constants are defined in include files in the Platform SDK. If you have Visual Studio installed, you find these constants (OLECMDID_...) in:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\PlatformSDK\Include\DocObj.h"

If you don't have Visual Studio, you can download the Platform SDK for free from

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=A55B6B43-E24F-4EA3-A93E-40C0EC4F68E5
