I am having some strange install problems. I am using installshield express Its on a Win 2000 pc upgraded from 98 with an old Microsoft Word 97 on it. When you try to run the app it comes up with various error messages such as cannot find file Osp.msi,The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable media ..... and it is asking for the Microsoft Office XP professional CD, apart from telling them to get a decent machine how can I solve this? The app has installed on many machines already without this problem. The app itself does not use office xp.
