If the "place of use of the service" would be exclusively outside Canada, we would be able to operate at a zero rated tax supply. But, as theorically, one international customer could hit floor in Canada, they decided to force my company to charge that tax to international customers, which is a complete non sense as it means a company cannot operate in e-commerce in Canada because no new customers would likely like to purchase something from such infrastructure.
