Terry,

I read these comments from you: "Personally - I believe Drew was as filled with a love for life as any of us - and I didn't know the guy." Your other comments that Evan objected to were - to me - a bit sarcastic, tongue-in-cheek, whatever. But not serious. I saw them as you trying to make a point, however they can still be hurtful. If you are distrustful of the government, that's fine. We all should be at times. However, saying that stuff about Drew is the wrong way to go about it. I hope his family never sees that.

I find it interesting that you gave Drew so much credit and admitted you didn't know him, yet you're accusing the coroner of lying. The government is made up of people and most people strive to do the right thing. Sure, you can find some people who are just out to cover their behinds or to screw somebody else, but why don't you give the coroner and the investigators the same credit you rightly gave Drew? None of us can say what happened on that bridge, but I do have to wonder if they really had enough evidence to make the call they made. Are they wrong? I would not be surprised. Are they "lying?" I don't have enough evidence (and neither do you) to make that call. In fact, I don't think we have any evidence that would indicate they are lying. Wouldn't it be hypocritical to jump to a conclusion based on flimsy evidence while criticizing them for doing the same thing?

You are passionate about some of the subjects you wrote about, but passion alone does not make an argument. Better to have verifiable evidence and I don't think you have any of that.

>>We have to get off the fence. Drew is one of millions, IMO, that have perished or thrown into disrepute because of government lies.

>>You make the call - we're all adults.

>I did not attack Drew - the coroner did.
>
>If you believe the coroner - then Drew is is worse than words can say on this forum. If you beleive Drew was human - then the corporate state facilited his post mortal reputation.
>
>Either you have to make that determination for yourself.
>
>And quit with the self-righteousness indignation sthick. There is only one conclusion you can make: 1) The coroner lied and Drew and his family has been victimozed (as millions of families in the middle east have)by a corporate government ruse - they lied - or - 2) And Drew is a despicable child murder.

>So now - Mr Pauly - go on the record - show us that red-blooded American in you is not a pretense:
>
>Did the coroner lie or did Drew murder his son?
>
>What are you afraid of? Do you fear backlash from the brain gestapho - a loss of corporate or government contracts. Or are you going to get all frilly, as Uri Avenry commented on the plight of Israelis:
>
>"When Israelis are presented with two options, they choose a third, and do nothing."
>
>YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS. Drive to Wal Mart - shop for a lawn hose or something - you'll feel better.
