But does it work? I mean, sure, you can filter someone, but you still kind of end up seeing what they said as their posts are replied to by someone else. And a twit filter is really harsh. It seems to me we need to learn to deal with people in other ways. I got filtered on a site awhile back by someone and it was just because I had a different opinion than him. I never said anything offensive and I offered logical arguments about what I was saying (and the topic was only about whether one should "top post" - as I'm doing here - "bottom post", or post between quotes of what the other person has said). Now who was the twit in that situation? I believe it was the person that filtered me. I wish there wasn't a twit filter. I'd rather have us work harder at being reasonable with each other. Some have a harder time with that than others - and I've lost my temper before - but I'm not convinced a twit filter is the answer.
